Fairness is about ensuring that everyone, regardless of how long they have lived in Los Banos or their personal beliefs, is treated equally and with respect. Without openness and fairness, large portions of our population may feel disenfranchised. For too long, decisions have been made by a small core of individuals, often resulting in outcomes that favor a select few. Fairness ensures that everyone feels welcome to participate in the decision-making process and that all voices are heard.
